摘　　要：为了防止垃圾车在运送过程中出现垃圾散落的现象,设计了一种新型垃圾运输车车厢的顶盖结构,介绍了帘片串联成的卷帘在滑道内移动的工作情况,改进了现有垃圾车的顶盖形式,实现了车厢顶部的自动开合与密封。结果表明,该新型垃圾运输车车厢顶盖的设计能满足使用需求,具有良好价值。Aiming at preventing garbage trucks from falling in the course of transportation,a new top cover structure of garbage truck is designed in this paper. The working condition of roller shutters made of slats inside the slideway is introduced,roof form of the existing garbage truck is improved,and the automatic closing and sealing of the top of the garbage truck could be realized. The test results indicate that design for the roof of the new garbage truck can meet the use demands and has good value.
