摘　　要：针对传统岛式装配线的装配岛的调平机构存在安装麻烦、影响美观等缺点,设计了一种新的装配岛调平机构,其简化了安装操作步骤,大大减少生产线的零部件以及现场安装调试时间,提高工作效率,减轻工人的劳动强度,可为其设计安装提供参考。The traditional assembly island leveling mechanism for the island assembly line has some shortcomings like it is difficult to install,and it is not so pretty,etc.; in view of this,a new assembly island leveling mechanism is designed in this article,which would simplify the installation procedure,greatly reduce the parts in the production line and the on-site installating and debugging time,improve the working efficiency,and reduce the labor intensity. Thus it can provide a reference for design and installation of the similar mechanism.
