摘　　要：对近几年产品上使用的蜗轮减速器漏油问题进行了统计,分析了各部位产生漏油的原因。对设计图纸进行了一系列改进,使蜗轮减速器的密封设计更科学。提出了煤油渗透对箱体铸造缺陷进行检查的方法,和对箱体加压进行气密性检查的方法。通过改进设计和严格把控加工质量,蜗轮减速器漏油问题得到了较好的解决。The problem of oil leakage in worm gear reducer used in recent years is counted in this paper. The causes of oil leakage in various parts are analyzed. A series of improvement to the design drawings has been made so the seal design of the worm gear reducer could be more scientific. The method of checking the casting defects of the box by the kerosene permeation is put forward,as well as a method of checking the air tightness by pressurizing the box body. Through the improvement of design,and strict control of processing quality,the oil leakage problem of the worm gear reducer has got a better solution.
