摘　　要：制约DAP生产中产品质量的最大因素是原料及其配比,传统的物料衡算与热量衡算方法准确性高,但计算过程比较繁琐。介绍了越南330 kt/a DAP装置的操作参数及平衡配比方法,采用该方法可根据原料情况简单快速地推算出操作平衡数据,并微调此数据来指导实际生产。Raw materials and their proportions are major product quality constraints during DAP production. Traditional mass balance and heat balance methods offer high accuracy,but the calculation process is complex. The operating parameters and balance proportion method for the 330 kt/a DAP in Vietnam are presented. Through this method,the operating balance data can be calculated simply and quickly based on the raw material conditions,which can be finetuned to guide the actual production.
