生孢噬纤维细菌的分离纯化及鉴定

摘　　要：采用纤维素琼脂糖双层平板的方法,由土壤中分离纯化出一株好氧性纤维素降解菌.通过对形态学特征及生理生化学特征的研究,初步鉴定该菌为生孢噬纤维细菌(Sporocytophaga) .A strain of cellulolytic bacterium was isolated from soil by cellulose-agarose double-layer plate. The properties of morphology and physiology of this strain was studied.According to 《Bergey′s Manual of Systermatic Bacteriology》,The strain was identified as a member of the genus of Sporocytophaga .
