摘  要:为掌握L型、U型加劲肋对正交异性桥面板铺装结构受力影响和差异,解决薄钢板桥面铺装方案设计与施工一体化问题,延长薄钢板桥面铺装耐久性,依托马房大桥钢桥面铺装维修工程,通过有限元数值模拟分析掌握L型、U型加劲肋桥面铺装体系受力特点和差异,基于钢桥面铺装与桥面板复合结构分析,结合典型铺装材料力学性能试验评价,进行了增韧补强型环氧沥青桥面铺装一体化设计研究,对实体工程的全厚度单层铺装层混合料均匀性、性能进行了试验检测评价。马房大桥L型、虎门大桥U型加劲肋桥面铺装结构对比分析表明,U型加劲肋桥面板的整体刚度高于L型加劲肋桥面板,而L型加劲肋桥面板正交异性显著性相对较低。计算分析表明铺装层模量对铺装层横向应变水平影响呈指数关系,超载率对应变水平呈线性影响。经工程应用验证,采用全厚度单层80 mm环氧沥青铺装施工方案,可满足压实、平整、均匀性的设计要求,全厚度单层钢桥面铺装方案可有效提高铺装体系整体性、缩短施工时间、延长铺装使用寿命。To investigate the influence of rib style on deck pavement,and the problem of integrated design with construction of steel deck pavement. Based on pavement rehabilitation of the Mafang bridge,the numerical simulation and mechanics analysis was carried out to investigate the stress characteristics of the U-stiffened and L-stiffened bridge deck pavement system. Based on the analysis of the composite structure of pavement and bridge deck and experiments of typical pavement material,the integrated design of the epoxy asphalt deck pavement was carried out,and the construction scheme of the single layer of thickness 80 mm pavement was put forward. The uniformities and performance of the single layer pavement material from bridge site were evaluated through experiments. The pavement structure comparative analysis of The Mafang bridge L-shaped stiffener and Humen bridge U-shaped stiffener shows that the overall U-shaped stiffener stiffness of the stiffener is higher than that of the L-shaped,but the significance of L-shaped stiffener orthotropic is relatively low. The analysis shows that the influence of pavement modulus on the transverse strain level of pavement is exponential,and the influence of overload is linear. The practice shows that the single layer scheme can meet the requirement of compaction,smoothness and homogeneity,also can effectively improve the whole performance,shorten the construction time,and significantly extend the service life of the pavement.
