摘 要:利用火山灰效应的比强度分析方法,对低温(5℃)养护环境下不同水胶比复合矿物掺合料水泥砂浆的力学性能进行了实验研究,对复合矿物掺合料不同龄期火山灰效应的发挥进行了数值分析,并比较了硅灰掺量对火山灰效应的影响。结果表明:因为矿物掺合料的加入,砂浆的强度均得到了不同程度的提高;水胶比较小时火山灰效应更容易得到发挥;抗折强度火山灰效应贡献率在两种水胶比下呈相反的发展趋势,抗压强度呈相同的趋势;不同硅灰掺量同水胶比时到后期基本呈现相反的发展趋势。为了使复合矿物掺合料的火山灰效应得到充分发挥,应考虑砂浆的水胶比,并通过实验确定最佳的掺量。Based on the specific strength analysis method of volcanic ash effect,the mechanical properties of cement mortar with different water-cement ratio composite mineral admixture under low temperature(5℃) were studied experimentally. The effect of volcanic ash on compound mineral admixture at different ages was studied The effects of silica fume on volcanic ash were compared. The results show that the strength of the mortar is improved by the addition of the mineral admixture. The volcanic ash effect is easier to be obtained when the water glue is relatively small. The contribution rate of the volcanic ash effect is opposite in the two water-cement ratio Development trend,compressive strength showed the same trend; different silica fume content with the water to the late compared to the basic trend of the opposite. In order to make the volcanic ash effect of the composite mineral admixture be given full play,the water-cement ratio of the mortar should be taken into account and the optimum dosage can be determined experimentally.
