“南漂老人”旅居养老服务需求研究

摘　　要：旅居养老是一种新兴的养老模式,是未来多元化养老的新选择。从对"南漂老人"老人旅居养老的产生背景入手,通过对"南漂老人"旅居养老服务需求和供给分析,认为影响异地旅居养老需求的因素有:气候因素、环境因素、偏好因素及其他因素;影响旅居养老供给的因素有:经济因素、制度因素及其他因素。就目前异地旅居养老存在供不应求且供需错配的现象提出目前完善旅居养老的对策建议。Tourism-Living Endowment is an emerging pension model,is the future of the new choice of diversified pension. This paper analyzes the demand and supply of the old age of the South drift elderly,and points out that the factors that affect the demand for living in the off-site are：climatic factors,environmental factors,preference factors,Other factors; factors affecting the supply of old-age pension are： economic factors,institutional factors,other factors. The current situation of living in the off-site pension in short supply and supply and demand mismatch phenomenon proposed to improve the current housing pension policy recommendations.
