艾滋病HAART前后IL-7与CD4^+T细胞及HIV-RNA定量相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病患者高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)治疗前后血清IL-7水平与CD4^+T细胞计数及HIV-RNA定量相关性。方法选择2014年1月~2016年12月间接受HAART的艾滋病患者73例,通过ELISA检测IL-7水平,流式细胞术检测CD4^+T细胞计数,实时定量PCR检测HIV-RNA定量。比较HAART前后血清IL-7水平与CD4^+T细胞计数及HIV-RNA定量相关性。结果经过HAART后,艾滋病患者IL-7水平降低、CD4^+T细胞计数增高,HIV-RNA定量减少(P<0.001)。HAART前后的IL-7改变量与CD4^+T细胞数量改变量成负相关(r2~=0.805 0);与HIV-RNA定量的对数值改变量无相关性(r^2=0.015 0)。结论艾滋病患者经HAART后IL-7水平降低,降低量与CD4^+T细胞计数增高量呈负相关,而与HIVRNA定量的降低量无相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation of IL-7, CD4^+T cell count and HIV-RNA of patients with AIDS before and after HAART.Methods A total of 73 patients with AIDS treated with HAART from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2016 were enrolled in the study. ELISA was used to determine the serum IL-7 levesl, Flow cytometry was used to counts the CD4^+T cell, and Real-time PCR was used to quantify the HIV-RNA. The correlation of IL-7, CD4^+T cell count and HIV-RNA of patients with AIDS before and after HAART was analyzed. Results After HAART, the serum IL-7 levels were decreased, the counts the CD4^+T cell were increased, and the quantitative HIV-RNA was reduced(P<0.001). There was a negative correlation between the changes of IL-7 and CD4^+T cell(r^2=0.805 0), but no correlation between the changes of IL-7 and HIV-RNA(r^2=0.015 0). Conclusion The decrease of IL-7 had a negative correlation with the increase of CD4^+T cell count, and no correlation with the decrease of quantitative HIVRNA.
