摘  要:针对延迟焦化装置掺炼催化裂化(FCC)油浆及如何提高延迟焦化反应温度的问题,提出了FCC油浆作为补热剂的延迟焦化工艺。即在现有的延迟焦化装置中单独设置油浆进料系统及加热炉,加热后油浆在延迟焦化装置转油线处与减压渣油混合。该工艺不仅可以使油浆加热到更高的温度作为补热剂使用,而且避免了传统工艺中油浆与减压渣油混合后对泵和炉管磨损的问题,可明显提高进焦炭塔原料的温度,进而提高了延迟焦化液体产品收率、降低焦炭产率及改善焦化蜡油品质。中试结果表明:FCC油浆作为补热剂的延迟焦化工艺,其液体产品收率增加0.85百分点,焦炭产率降低0.91百分点,焦化蜡油性质得到明显改善,其馏程中95%点由467℃降低至457℃,经济效益得到提高。Based on the existing problems of blending FCC slurry and improving the reaction temperature of delayed coking process,the delayed coking process with slurry as supplement heat carrier is proposed. In the existing delayed coking unit,a slurry feed system and a heating furnace are separately installed. After heating,the slurry is mixed with the vacuum residue at the oil transfer line. This process not only allows the slurry to be heated to a higher temperature to be used as a heat carrier,but also avoids the wear and tear of the pumps and furnace tubes by mixing slurry and vacuum residue in traditional process. The most critical advantages are significant elevation of the coke tower feed temperature,improvement of liquid product yields,reduction of coke make and improvement of heavy coker gas oil. The pilot test results demonstrate that,the yield of liquid produced by the delayed coking process with slurry as heat supplement agent is increased by 0. 85 percent,the yield of coke is decreased by 0. 91 percent,the properties of heavy coker gas oil are improved obviously,whose 95% point is lowered from 467 ℃ to 457 ℃,and the economic benefit is improved.
