摘 要:润滑油加氢改质工艺是通过加氢处理改善油品的黏温性能,原工艺易受上游原料性质及工艺操作条件的影响,造成重质油黏度指数、收率波动较大。采取了如下优化措施:(1)加强原料性质的实时监控,缩小石蜡基馏分油的黏度范围,将原料中的石蜡基馏分油运动黏度范围缩小至13.5~14.5 mm2/s;(2)采用更为合理的原料配比方案,在现有中间基、石蜡基工艺原料比例7∶3(质量比)的基础上,结合生产中实际数据优化加氢改质原料配比方案;(3)反应压力维持在10.0 MPa,在原料性质稳定的连续生产中,适当降低反应温度来确保重质油收率,将生产工艺调整到最佳运行状态。上述措施解决了润滑油加氢改质工艺存在的问题,使该工艺可生产出高品质润滑油基础油及燃料、溶剂油和白油等高附加值的产品。The lubricant hydro-upgrading process is to improve the oil viscosity-temperature performance by means of hydrotreating. As the original process was subject to the impact of feedstock properties and operating conditions,there was a greater fluctuation in viscosity indexes and yield. By optimizing the process operation scheme,the viscosity of the paraffin base distillate in the feed was reduced to no higher than 13. 5 ~ 14. 5 mm^2/s. The more appropriate proportions of feed fractions were adopted. On the basis of existing proportion of 7∶ 3 between the intermediate and paraffin process feeds,the proportions of feedstocks of hydro-upgrading process were optimized according to the production data. The reaction pressure was kept at 10. 0 MPa. While maintaining the stabilized feedstock properties,the reaction temperature was appropriately reduced to ensure the yield of heavy oil,and an optimal operation was maintained. The above measures have effectively solved the problems in lube oil hydro-upgrading process and made possible to produce high added-value products such as high-quality lube base oil,solvent oil and white oil,etc.
