摘　　要：依据GB 22530–2008《橡胶塑料注射成型机安全要求》,并参照其它相关标准,对注塑机合模区域保护装置进行了改进性设计。设计目标在于减少操作侧模具合模区域合模动作的风险,使用Ⅲ型保护装置,减少风险的措施包括机械保护、液压保护和电气保护三个方面。即针对注塑机在工作过程中存在的危险,尤其是合模区域所存在的诸多危险,对相应的保护装置加以改进与设计,鉴定结果表明改进设计符合相关安全要求,达到了预期目标。According to the national mandatory standard GB 22530–2008 “safety requirements of injection moulding machines for rubber and plastics” , and with reference to other relevant standards, the injection molding machine safety guard devices was innovatively designed. The breakthrough point of the design was to reduce the risk of mould action in the mould closing area of the operating side,and the measures to reduce the risk include the three aspects of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical, using the guard device type III. The risk of injection molding machine especially in the mould closing area was analyzed, and the prevention device was improved. The identi？ed results showed that the innovative design met the requirement of related safety requirements and achieved the desired goal.
