摘　　要：《傅青主女科》有云:"经水出诸肾",为临床辨治人流术后月经过少提供了理论依据,且人工流产多为金刃损伤肾精肾气,以致冲任损伤,气血不足,血海空虚,离经之血瘀阻冲任胞宫,阻碍新血生成。中医学多从肾论治,根据其肾虚、血虚、血瘀、肝郁的病因病机辨证论治,以补肾为根本,大致从补肾养血、补肾活血、补肾疏肝等方面论治。＂FU Qingzhu＇s Obstetrics and Gynecology＂ says：＂Mestruation comes from kidney＂ provides a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of oligomenorrhea after abortion,and artificial abortion is mostly metal instruments,which damages kidney essence and kidney qi leading to impairment of thoroughfare and controlling vessels,insufficiency of qi and blood,emptiness of the sea of blood,obstruction of blood blocking uterus of thoroughfare and controlling vessels,which blocks the blood generation so treatment of Chinese medicine is mostly from the kidney.According to the etiology and pathogenesis of kidney deficiency,blood deficiency,blood stasis and liver depression,based on the principle of tonifying the kidney,the treatment is basically based on nourishing kidney,nourishing blood,invigorating kidney and promoting blood circulation,nourishing kidney and soothing the liver.
