冰黄散外敷护理联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成

摘　　要：目的探究中药冰黄散外敷护理联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的的临床疗效。方法选取我院骨科于2014年6月-2016年11月收治的78例患者,随机分为2组,各39例,对照组予丹参川芎嗪注射液等西医治疗方案,治疗组则在对照组基础上应用中药外敷进行护理。2组均15 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。对比下肢疼痛v AS积分变化,并且观察不良反应的发生。结果 2组疼痛、肿胀症状均有所改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率89.74%,对照组71.79%(P<0.05)。结论中药冰黄散外敷联合丹参川芎嗪注射液可以有效改善患者血液高凝状态,促进血液循环,消除局部水肿,缓解患肢肿胀。Objective To explore clinical effect of Binghuang powder combined with Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods 78 cases of patients admitted to our orthopedics department from June 2014 to November 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups,39 cases in each group.The control group was given Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection and other western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was treated with external application of Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The 2 groups were 15 d for 1 course,a total of 2 courses of treatment.To compare the changes of v AS scores of lower limb pain and observe the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The pain and swelling symptoms of the 2 groups were improved,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.74%,and that of the control group was 71.79%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Binghuang powder external treatment combined with Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection can effectively improve the hypercoagulable state of patients,promote blood circulation,eliminate local edema and relieve swelling of affected limbs.
