失能老人长期照料者心理状况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解失能老人长期照料者的心理状况,并提出相应的干预措施及对策,为民政部门提供制定相关政策提供理论依据。方法选取2015年6月-9月入住长春中医药大学老年病科卧床病人长期照料者89例,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其心理状况进行测试并分析。结果 SCL-90评分结果显示,长期卧床病人照料者的总分及躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、偏执因子分高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论失能老人长期照料者心理状况欠佳,部分照料者存在焦虑、抑郁,各级政府应关注卧床病人长期照料者的心理健康。Objective To understand the psychological status of long-term caregivers of disabled elders,and put forward the measures and countermeasures accordingly,provide theoretical basis for formulating relevant policies for the civil administration department.Methods SCL-90 was used to test and analyze the psychological status of 89 long-term caregivers of elderly disability who were enrolled in Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from June 2005 to September.Results The results of SCL-90 score showed that long-term caregivers＇ score and somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,paranoid factor scores were higher than the norm,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological status of caregivers is not good enough,some of them have anxiety and depression,governments at all levels should pay attention to the mental health of caregivers of disabled elders.
