氯沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年高血压疗效及对延缓动脉硬化的作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究氯沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年高血压疗效及对延缓动脉硬化的作用。方法300例老年高血压患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各150例。两组均口服阿司匹林肠溶片,对照组在此基础上给予氯沙坦治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血压控制情况及颈动脉硬化改善情况。结果治疗后,两组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块面积均小于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组IMT(1.63±0.31)mm、斑块面积(0.61±0.17)cm^2均小于对照组的(1.85±0.38)mm、(0.83±0.26)cm^2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年高血压治疗中联合应用氯沙坦与阿托伐他汀,可有效控制血压水平,显著改善颈动脉硬化状况。Objective To study the efficacy of losartan and atorvastatin in the treatment of senile hypertension and study its effect on delaying arteriosclerosis.Methods A total of 300 senile patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 150 cases in each group.Both groups received aspirin enteric-coated tablets.The control group was also treated with losartan,and the treatment group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.Comparison were made on blood pressure control and improvement of carotid arteriosclerosis before and after treatment between two groups.Results After treatment,both groups had lower systolic blood pressure（SBP）and diastolic blood pressure（DBP）than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,both groups had smaller carotid intima-media thickness（IMT）and plaque area than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The treatment group had smaller IMT as（1.63±0.31）mm and plaque area as（0.61±0.17）cm^2 than（1.85±0.38）mm and（0.83±0.26）cm^2 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of losartan and atorvastatin for senile hypertension can effectively control blood pressure level and significantly improve arteriosclerosis status.
