综合护理干预在原发性高血压患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预措施在原发性高血压患者治疗过程中的护理效果。方法 120例原发性高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预措施。比较两组的干预效果。结果护理前,两组患者收缩压和舒张压水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者收缩压和舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组服药依从率、对疾病知识了解率以及患者满意度分别为96.7%、95.0%、98.3%,均高于对照组的73.3%、71.7%、75.0%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论进行综合护理干预措施能提高原发性高血压患者的治疗效果,增加患者对医嘱的依从性及对疾病知识的了解程度,患者的满意度高,值得广泛推广。Objective To discuss the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with essential hypertension during treatment. Methods A total of 120 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing measure, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention measure on the basis of conventional nursing. The intervention effect in two groups was compared. Results Before nursing, both groups had no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure（P〉0.05）. After nursing, the observation group had lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had medication compliance rate, knowledge of disease awareness and patient satisfaction respectively as 96.7%, 95.0% and 98.3%, which were all higher than 73.3%, 71.7% and 75.0% in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect of patients with essential hypertension, increase the patient’s compliance with the doctor’s advice and understanding of the disease knowledge, and the patient’s satisfaction is high. So it is worth promoting widely.
