分析美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗老年缺血性心律失常的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗老年缺血性心律失常的临床效果。方法 120例缺血性心律失常的老年患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,研究组采用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果及心率(HR)、QT间期(QTc)的变化。结果对照组中显效20例,有效30例,无效10例,治疗总有效率为83.33%;研究组中显效24例,有效33例,无效3例,治疗总有效率为95.00%;研究组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后的HR、QTc变化比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组患者的HR、QTc与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗老年缺血性心律失常的效果优于美托洛尔单独治疗,值得在临床上推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule in the treatment of senile ischemic arrhythmia. Methods A total of 120 senile patients with ischemic arrhythmia were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol, and the research group was treated with metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule. Observation were made on treatment effect and changes in heart rate （HR）and QT interval （QTc）between two groups. Results The control group had 20 excellent eases, 30 effective cases and 10 ineffective cases, with total treatment effective rate as 83.33%, while the research group had 24 excellent cases, 33 effective cases and 3 ineffective cases, with total treatment effective rate as 95.00%. The research group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in HR and QTc changes before and after treatment （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the research group had no statistically significant difference in HR and QTc changes, comparing with the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination of metoprolol and Wenxin granule shows better effect than metoprolol only for the treatment of senile ischemic arrhythmia, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
