摘 要:针对现有对点对点应急疏运组织研究存在的不足,以多目标优化为研究方法,分析了不同应急疏运目标对整体应急疏运效率的影响,讨论了多目标应急疏运的必要性,并重点考虑最小距离和最小风险两个应急疏运组织目标。针对点对点应急疏运的网络特性与约束条件,构建了点对点多目标应急疏运组织优化模型,并采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法实现了多目标优化模型的求解。通过对应急疏运网络上增加各路段的风险值,设计并求解算例,体现出更客观有效的应急疏运策略。According to the problems of the point-to-point emergency evacuation organization in current research,the influence of different emergency evacuation objectives on the total emergency evacuation efficiency was analyzed in the view of multi-goal optimization. Two targets of emergency evacuation organization were focused,that is the minimum distance and minimum risk. The multi-goal optimization model for the point-to-point emergency evacuation organization was established in accordance with its network features and constraint conditions. Meanwhile,the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm was proposed to solve the multi-goal optimization model. By increasing the risk values of each section of the emergency evacuation network,the case studies were designed and solved,which reflected a more objective and effective emergency evacuation strategy.
