摘  要:目的探究PCI(经皮冠状动脉介入)对心肌梗死患者室壁瘤逆转效应及对心功能指标的影响。方法选择商丘市第一人民医院心血管内科CCU收治的心肌梗死患者60例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予药物治疗,观察组给予药物治疗+PCI治疗。治疗后12周,比较两组患者心功能指标[左心室收缩功能(LVSF)、左心室舒张功能(LVDF)]及治疗效果。结果观察组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室高峰射血率(PER)高于对照组,而左心室峰射血率时间(TPER)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组相角程(PS)、高峰充盈率(PFR)高于对照组,而TPER均低于对照组,梗死相关冠状动脉开通率高于对照组,而再闭塞率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCI治疗心肌梗死患者能有效逆转室壁瘤,改善心功能,降低再闭塞发生率。Objective To explore the effect of PCI(percutaneous coronary intervention)on reversal of myocardial infarction and ventricular aneurysm on heart function index.Methods According to the random number table method,60 patients with myocardial infarction from Shangqiu First People's Hospital cardiovascular medicine CCU were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with medicine,and the observation group was treated with medicine and PCI.At 12 weeks after treatment,the cardiac function indexes(left ventricular systolic function(LVSF)and left ventricular diastolic function(LVDF)were compared between the two groups.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular ejection ejection rate(PER)phase angle range(PS)and peak filling rate(PFR)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Left ventricular peak ejection rate(TPER)was significant lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The infarct related coronary artery patency rate was higher than that of the control group,while the re occlusion rate was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion PCI treatment in patients with myocardial infarction can reverse left ventricular aneurysm,and improve heart function and reduce the incidence of restenosis.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
