摘  要:目的探究结构性鼻炎患者嗜酸性粒细胞功能、Th1Th2型变化的临床意义。方法选取在我院接受治疗的结构性鼻炎患者69例作为实验组,选取同时期在我院接受体检的健康者42例作为对照组。对两组研究对象的鼻黏膜纤毛传输功能、Th1Th2细胞因子和嗜酸性粒细胞的数目进行检测。其中以鼻黏膜纤毛输送率为标准对患者鼻黏膜纤毛传输功能进行检测,以外周血IL-4、IL-5和IFN-γ水平对患者Th1Th2细胞因子进行检测。结果实验组患者的鼻黏膜纤毛输送率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。Th1Th2细胞因子中,IL-4和IL-5水平显著高于对照组,IFN-γ水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。嗜酸性粒细胞数目显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论可通过结构性鼻炎患者嗜酸性粒细胞功能、数目和外周血IL-4、IL-5和IFN-γ水平对疾病进程进行判断,以帮助患者选取合适治疗时机,提高治愈率。Objective To explore the clinical significance of the changes of eosinophil function and Th1/Th2 type in patients with structural rhinitis.Methods 69 cases of patients with structural rhinitis who were treated in our hospital were selected as experimental group.42 healthy persons who received physical examination at the same time in our hospital were selected as the control group.The transmission function of nasal cilium,Th1/Th2 cytokine and the number of eosinophils in the two groups of subjects were detected.The transmission function of nasal mucociliary was detected with the nasal mucociliary delivery rate as the standard.The levels of IL-4,IL-5 and IFN-gamma in peripheral blood were used as indicators to detect Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients.Results The rate of nasal mucociliary transport in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05).In Th1/Th2 cytokine,the level of IL-4 and IL-5 was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the level of IFN-gamma was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The number of eosinophils was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion We could predict the course of disease through the eosinophil function,the number and the level of peripheral blood IL-4,IL-5 and IFN-gamma,so as to help patients choose the right time for treatment and recover at an early date.
