神经外科专科手术器械精细化管理的持续质量改进及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨神经外科专科手术器械的精细化安全管理方法。方法把2012年1月~2013年1月神经外科专科手术器械管理作为对照组,把2014年1月~2015年1月神经外科专科器械实行的精细化管理作为实验组,分别对器械损耗情况,消毒供应中心护士业务水平及神经外科医生满意度进行对比。结果实行神经外科专科器械精细化管理后,手术器械在周转加快的情况下,器械损耗率降低,消毒供应中心护士对照组成绩没有提高,实验组专科考试平均成绩从81分提高到93分;技能考试平均成绩从91.5分提高到了95.0分。神经外科医生对照组问卷结果满意的有61例,满意率为92.42%,实验组问卷结果满意的有65例,满意率为98.48%,满意度提升。结论精细化器械管理能有效提升专科管理水平,提高护理工作质量及围手术期患者医疗安全,为患者提供优质医疗服务。Objective To investigate the fine safety management method of surgical instruments for neurosurgery.Methods The surgical equipment management in neurosurgery department was selected as the control group from 2012 to2013,and the fine management of neurosurgical specialized surgical instruments was enrolled as the experimental group from2014 to 2105.The equipment loss,disinfection supply center nurses business level and neurosurgeon satisfaction were compared.Results The implementation of fine management of Department of Neurosurgery specialized instruments,surgical instruments in turnover to speed up the case,the loss of equipment to reduce the rate of nurses,sterilization and supply center control group does not improve performance,the experimental group average college exam grades from 81 points to 93 points;the average skill exam grades from 91.5 points to 95.A control group questionnaire with satisfactory results of the 61 cases,the satisfaction rate was 92.42%,the experimental group questionnaire with satisfactory results of the 65 cases,the satisfaction rate was 98.48%,satisfaction.Conclusion Fine equipment management can effectively improve the level of specialist management,improve the quality of care and perioperative medical safety,to provide patients with quality medical services.
