整肠生胶囊治疗小儿急慢性腹泻的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察地衣芽孢杆菌活菌制剂"整肠生胶囊"在治疗儿童急慢性腹泻方面的临床疗效。方法通过临床应用,观察101例儿童急慢性腹泻的效果。结果整肠生胶囊在治疗儿童急慢性腹泻有效率可达96%;腹泻次数,患儿食纳,精神状态、脱水纠正和粪便性状等症状改善明显优于对照组,且没有不良反应发生。结论 "整肠生胶囊"具有同类产品不可比拟的优势,在急慢性腹泻治疗方面具有很大的发展空间和潜力。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bacillus licheniformis viable preparation ＂zheng chang sheng capsule＂ in the treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 101 children with acute and chronic diarrhea were enrolled in this study.The clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results The effective rate of zheng chang sheng capsule was 96%.Diarrhea,children with food,mental state,dehydration correction and fecal traits in the observation group was significantly better than those in the control group.No adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion Zheng chang sheng capsule has a great value of development and potential for acute and chronic diarrhea.
