创新扩散理论的多形式健康教育在社区儿童疫苗预防接种工作中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨创新扩散理论的多形式健康教育在社区儿童疫苗预防接种工作中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月~2017年2月漯河医学高等专科学校第三附属医院112名接种疫苗的儿童家长,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各56名。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组实施创新扩散理论的多形式健康教育。对比干预前后健康信念得分、及时接种率。结果干预后观察组健康信念评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.977,P=0.000);干预后观察组及时接种率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.225,P=0.022);干预后观察组接种疫苗禁忌症、接种疫苗注意事项、疫苗预防的传染病、相关传染病传播途径、接种疫苗后不良反应及处理方法等知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予在社区接种疫苗的儿童家长创新扩散理论的多形式健康教育,能有效增强健康信念,提高预防接种知识知晓率和及时接种率。Objective To explore the application effect of multi-form health education of innovation diffusion theory in vaccination work for community children.Methods 112 parents of vaccinated children in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Luohe MedCal College from October 2015 to February 2017 were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table methods,with each 56 cases.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given multi-form health education of innovation diffusion theory.The scores of health belief and the rate of timely vaccination before and after dete were compared.Results After the intervention,the score of health belief of the observation group（95.34±7.39）was higher than that of the control group（71.84±6.41）（t=17.977,P=0.000）.The rate of timely vaccination in observation group was 94.64%（53/56）,higher than that in control group（80.36%）（45/56）（χ2=5.225,P=0.022）.The awareness rate of the vaccination contraindications,vaccination precautions,vaccine preventable infectious diseases,infectious disease,transmission routes of related infectious diseases,adverse reactions and treatment methods after vaccination of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The multi-form health education of parents＇ innovative diffusion theory in community vaccinated children can effectively enhance health belief and improve the awareness rate of vaccination knowledge and the rate of timely vaccination.
