摘  要:为了寻求更温和及环境友好的Beckmann重排反应制备酰胺的条件,我们以二苯甲酮肟为底物,对不同催化剂、溶剂、反应温度、反应时间、溶剂量、催化剂量对重排反应的影响进行了探究。各因素影响的探究实验结果表明:在2 g二苯甲酮肟底物,0.2 g三聚氯氰催化剂,20 m L乙腈溶剂,反应温度70℃,反应时间2 h这样的最优化反应条件下,二苯甲酮肟转化率为100%,苯酰替苯胺的选择性及产率均为55.77%。In order to find a more mild, simple and environmentally friendly catalytic system of Beckmann rearrangement,the effects of catalysts,solvents,reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst amount and solvent amount were studied with diphenylketoxime as substrate. The optimal results were showed as follow: 2 g diphenylketoxime was used as substrate,0. 2 g cyanuric chloride was used as catalyst,20 m L acetonitrile was used as solvent,reaction temperature was 70 ℃ and reaction time was 2 h. Namely the conversion rate of diphenylketoxime was 100%,the selectivity and yield of benzanilide was 55. 77%.
