摘 要:目的探讨在生活饮用水中应用不同固相萃取填料对极性不同的有机磷农药提取效率的差异。方法采取大体积固相萃取技术,分别以二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、超纯水活化HLB小柱、C_(18)小柱、C_(18)固相萃取膜、C_8固相萃取膜采用不同上样速率对强极性、中等极性、弱极性有机磷农药进行吸附洗脱,氮吹浓缩定容,气相色谱毛细管柱氮磷检测器检测,并对检测结果进行分析比较。结果 HLB小柱平均回收率在75.0%~95.8%,C_(18)小柱平均回收率在57.2%~88.1%,C_(18)固相萃取膜平均回收率在50%~85%,C_8固相萃取膜平均回收率在44%~93%。结论 HLB小柱提取各类极性的有机磷农药均比C_(18)小柱优越,C_8固相萃取膜提取强极性有机磷农药比C_(18)固相萃取膜优越,同等类型的固相小柱和固相萃取膜在提取性能上无明显差异,建议生产厂家研发更多类型的固相萃取膜,提高工作效率。Objective To discuss the differences in extraction efficiency of organophosphorus pesticides with different polarity by using different solid-phase extraction fillers in drinking water. Methods A large volume of solid-phase extraction was used,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate,methanol,ultrapure water activated HLB C_(18) column,C_(18) column,C_(18) solid-phase extraction membrane and C_8 solid-phase extraction membrane were used respectively,then adsorption and elution of strong polar,medium polar and weak polar organophosphorus pesticides were carried out at different sampling rates,after nitrogen blowing constant volume and detection by nitrogen phosphorus detector of capillary column gas chromatography,and the detection results were analyzed and compared. Results The average recovery of HLB columns was within 75. 0%-95. 8%,the average recovery of C_(18) columns was within 57. 2%-88. 1%,the average recovery of C_(18) solid-phase extraction membrane was within50%-85%,the average recovery of C_8 solid-phase extraction membrane was within 44%-93%. Conclusion The HLB column is superior to the C_(18) column in the extraction of various polar organophosphorus pesticides,the C_8 solid-phase extraction membrane is superior to the C_(18) solid-phase extraction membrane in the extraction of strong polar organophosphorus pesticides,and there was no significant difference between the same type of solid-phase columns and solid-phase extraction membrane in the extraction performance,so it is recommended that manufacturers develop more types of solid-phase extraction membrane to improve work efficiency.
