唐山市2013年-2016年人间布鲁菌病监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解唐山市布鲁菌病重点职业人群布鲁菌病感染状况,掌握布鲁菌病疫情动态,评价措施效果,为制定布鲁菌病防控策略提供依据。方法对传染病报告信息管理系统数据进行统计分析,同时对有牛、羊接触史及感染者、密切接触者等高危人群进行血清学检测。结果 2013年-2016年唐山市重点人群布鲁菌病检测平均阳性率为8.5%。2015年-2016年连续两年对重点职业人群开展健康教育和行为干预,阳性率由干预前的13.6%下降到6.7%;报告发病率由干预前的7.1/10万下降到4.7/10万,干预前后相比总体差异均有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为22.3、30.2,P<0.01)。血清学检测阳性率较高的地区,其报告发病率也高,两者存在相关性(r=0.91,P<0.01)。结论开展布鲁菌病监测,加强对重点人群健康教育和行为干预,是今后布鲁菌病防控的重点。Objective To investigate the infection status of brucellosis in the key occupation groups of brucellosis,master the epidemiological characteristics of it,and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention measures,so as to provide scientific basis for its prevention and control. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the data from infectious disease reporting information management system. Carrying out the serological test in the high risk population who had contact history with sheep,cattle,and infection cases. Results The average positive rate of brucellosis in the key population in Tangshan was 8. 5% during 2013-2016. After conducting a 2-year health education and behavior intervention among the key occupation groups of brucellosis,the positive rate of brucellosis decreased from 13. 6% to 6. 7%,and the reported incidence fell from 7. 1 per 100 000 to 4. 7 per100 000,showing statistically significant difference（ χ~2= 22. 3,30. 2,P〈 0. 01）. The reported incidence was high in the areas with high positive rare of serology. There was correlation between them（ r = 0. 91,P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion It is necessary to develop brucellosis surveillance,personal protection and health education in occupational population to prevent and control brucellosis in Tangshan in the future.
