北京市大兴区2016年度职业健康监护分析

摘　　要：目的了解大兴区2016年存在10种职业危害因素企业的现状,探讨存在的问题并提出建议,为政府制定职业病防治政策提供依据。方法对存在10种重点职业病危害因素的643家企业开展调查,使用Excel录入数据库,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 643家职业危害企业中,制造业(450家)、批发和零售业(66家)、交通运输、仓储和邮政业(64家)占前三位,分别为70.0%、10.3%、10.0%。企业经济类型以私有企业为主,占82.9%。接触10种职业病危害因素的生产工人12 237人,其中,检出职业禁忌证236人,确诊职业病6人。结论职业病病例主要分布在非金属矿物制品业、饮料制造业、化学原料和化学制品制造业、金属制品业、印刷和记录媒介复制业5个行业,说明本地区以上行业是预防和控制职业病发生的重点行业。Objective To learn the status of the enterprises with 10 occupational hazards in Daxing District in 2016,to discuss the existing problems,so as to provide basis for the government to formulate occupational disease prevention and control policies. Methods A survey was conducted among 643 enterprises with 10 key occupational hazard factors. Excel was used to input data,and SPSS 19. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Results Among the 643 enterprises with occupational hazards,the manufacturing industry（ n = 450）,the wholesale and retail industry（ n = 66）,the transportation industry,and the warehousing and post industry（ n = 64） were the top three and accounted for 70. 0%,10. 3%,and 10. 0%,respectively. The main enterprise economic type was private and accounted for 82. 9%. Among the 12 237 workers exposed to the 10 occupational hazards,236 occupational contraindication workers were detected,and 6 were diagnosed with occupational diseases. Conclusion The occupational diseases were mainly in industries such as the non-metallic mineral products industry,beverage manufacturing industry,chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry,metal products manufacturing industry,and printing and reproduction of recorded media industry. It indicates that the industries in this region mentioned above are the key points for preventing and controlling occupation disease.
