摘　　要：高校共青团在优秀大学生文化活动的培育与实践方面有着特殊的优势,要系统规划和构建大学生德育、实践、艺体、科技、就创业等五个方面的文化活动。大学生文化活动规划设计要富于先进性、体现群众性、着重创新性,明确大学生文化活动的本质目的。大学生文化活动的组织开展要建立全员化参与的动力机制、项目化运行机制和组织化领导机制。Excellent university culture is the source of wisdom for the birth of excellent college students. The Communist Youth League in colleges and universities has special advantages in the cultivation and practice of the excellent college students' cultural activities. It is necessary to systematically plan and construct the cultural activities of "moral education, practice, arts, science and technology and employment and entrepreneurship". The planning and design of college students' cultural activities should be advanced in nature, reflect the mass, focus on innovation, and clarify the essential purpose of cultural activities of college students. Organization of cultural activities of college students should be carried out based upon the dynamic mechanism of full participation, the project-based operation mechanism and the organization-empowered leadership mechanism.
