摘　　要：智慧养老是指以物联网、大数据、云计算、智能硬件等创新技术,实现个人(家庭)、政府(社区)、机构与各项健康养老资源的有效对接和优化配置,推动养老服务的智慧化升级,全面提升健康养老服务水平。文章首先阐述了我国智慧养老当前的发展状况,探索了智慧养老几种主要模式,随后对以智慧社区为基础的居家养老服务模式构建进行了探索,最后提出了相应的发展对策,力求探寻适合我国居家养老服务模式发展的智慧之路。Smart elderly care refers to relate personal(family), government(community), and organization to other health care resources by way of networking, big data, cloud computing, intelligent hardware and other innovative technologies, and optimize the allocation mechanism to promote the upgrading of the pension service intelligence, and enhance the level of pension services. This paper described the development status of China's smart pension services, explored several major models, and then discussed the home care services based upon smart community, and finally put forward the corresponding development countermeasures, so as to explore the home pension service modes that are suitable for China's development.
