摘 要:为了研究酒精肝的致病机理及其相关的细胞信号通路,总结酒精肝形成过程中乙醇代谢类型及其作用机理,从氧化应激的作用、肝细胞内的氧化平衡和氧化应激的信号分子等3个方面探讨氧化应激对酒精肝的影响,并重点从肝细胞对炎症刺激的敏感性、肝细胞的炎性凋亡机制、肿瘤坏死因子TNF-α在受损肝细胞中的变化及其调控等方面分析脂肪肝的炎症反应。分析结果表明,认识酒精肝的致病机理及其相关的细胞信号通路,有利于实验室筛选酒精肝干预药物和临床上治疗酒精肝。To investigate the pathogenesis of alcohol liver and its associated cell signaling pathways,ethanol metabolic type and its mechanism of action in the alcohol liver disease were summarized. The effect of oxidative stress on the alcohol liver such as the role of oxidative stress,liver cell oxidative balance,and oxidative stress signaling molecules were investigated. The inflammation reactions of fatty liver were analyzed from the aspects of susceptibility to inflammatory stimulation from liver cells,inflammatory apoptosis mechanism of liver cells,and the change and its regulation of tumor necrosis factor TNF-α in the damaged liver cells. The results of the analysis show that the research on pathogenesis mechanism of alcohol liver and associated cell signaling pathway is beneficial for screening alcoholic liver intervention drugs and clinical treatment of alcoholic liver.
