需氧菌性阴道炎的临床及微生态特征分析

摘　　要：目的：对需氧菌性阴道炎（Aerobicvaginitis,AV））的临床情况和微生态特征进行系统探析.方法：回顾分析2016年1月—2017年1月在我院妇科接受阴道分泌物实验室检查的3613例患者的临床资料,分析和总结临床诊断及阴道微生态检测情况.结果：本组3613例患者中,检出AV患者112例,占比3.1％,包括单纯性AV有27例（24.1％）,AV混合感染85例（75.9％）,其中,AV＋阴道假丝酵母菌病（VVC）50例（44.6％）,AV＋滴虫阴道炎（TV）30例（26.8％）,AV＋细菌性阴道病（BV）3例（2.7％）,AV＋TV、VVC有2例（1.8％）.AV患者的阴道乳杆菌功能均存在异常,伴炎性反应,以优势菌群居多,占到84.8％.结论：AV是最为常见的一种阴道病症,易合并其他感染;微生态表现为需氧菌增多,乳杆菌功能异常伴炎性反应,在临床诊断中应加强阴道微生态评价.Objective to analyze the clinical sltuationand microecological characteristics of Aerobicvaginitis （AV）. Methods： retrospectiveanalysis from January 2016 - January 2017 in our hospital, department of gynaecology accept vaginal secretions laboratory examination of the clinical data of 3613 patients, analyzing and summarizing the clinical diagnosis and vaginal microomlogical inspection situation. Results： of 3613 cases of patients, check out the AV, 112 cases of patients, accounted for 3.1%, including simple AV in 27 cases C24.1%}, AV, 85 cases of mixed infection （75.9%）, among them, the AV ＋ vaginal candida disease （VVC） 50 cases （44.6%）, AV ＋ trichomonal vaginitis（V）, 30 cases （26.8%）, AV ＋ bacterial vaginal disease ＊（BV） in 3 patients （2.7%）, AV ＋ TV, WC in 2 cases （1.8%）. The function of the vagina lactobadllus of AV patients was abnormal, accompanied by the inflammatory reaction, with the superior bacterial population, accounting for 84.8% Condusiom AV is the most common type of vaginosis and can easily be combined with other infections The mia-oecological expression is an increase of aerobic bacteria, and the function oflactobadllus is associated with inflamnmatory response, and the evaluation of microecologyshould be strengthened in the clinical diagnosis
