摘　　要：目的：了解终末期肾病透析患者每次透析时血红蛋白检查留取血液标本的最佳时机，指导临床进行血红蛋白监测，调整治疗方案，提高患者生活质量。方法：将我院透析患者按干体重增长百分率分为〈3％；3％-〉4％三组，分别对每组透析前、透析中、透析后血红蛋白检查结果进行两两比较，观察有无统计学羔晃结果体重增长〈3％组，透中、透后与透前比较有差异，有统计学意义，体重增长3％-〉4％两组透前透中透后均无差异．结论体重增长〈3％组，为排除体内水分干扰，可于透后抽取血液标本进行血常规检查，余下两组均可于透前、透中、透后抽取血液标本进行检查。Objecttve To undderstand theend-stage kidney dialysis patients every time dialysis hemoglobin examination to return the best opportunity to blood specimen, the clinicalguidance for hemoglobin monitoring, adjust the trealynent, improve patient quality of life;Methods By dry weight percentage increase our dialysis patients divided into 〈 3%;3% to 3.9%.4% or higher three groups, respectively in each group before dialysis, dialysis, dialysis after hemoglobin test results are compared, and two observation have statistically significant;Restflts Weight gain 〈 after appearing, in 3% of the group, through and through comparison before there are differences, there is statistical significance, weight of 3% to 3.9%, 4% or more after the two groups before fully appear in showing no Weight gain 〈 3% group, to expel moisture interference, can draw blood specimens after through routine blood examination, the remaining two groups are in before, thoroughly, through draw blood specimens after inspection.
