摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是临床妇科常见的一种内分泌紊乱综合征，其主要发病机制目前尚未明确，根据其临床症状，进行中医辨证与辨病相结合治疗该病，在临床取得较好疗效。本文概括多囊卵巢疗综合征引起不孕症的中医病因及治疗方法，并总结相关临床研究成果，治疗手段包括传统经典方剂、自拟方剂以及针灸等其他治疗手段。这些方法大大丰富了目前对于本病的治疗，扩展了治疗思路，提高了治疗效果，并减少了患者的痛苦。Polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） is one of the clinical department of gynaecology common endocrine disorder syndrome,its main pathogenesis has not been clear, according to the clinical symptoms,the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical and combination of disease treatment of the disease, obtains the good curative effect in clinic.This article summarized the TCM etiology and pathogenesis and treatment of infertility associated with polycystic ovary syndrome, and summarize the related clinical findings,treatment and acupuncturn prescriptions including traditional classical prescriptions, from other treatments.These methods have greatly enriched the current treatment of the disease,expanded the treatment idea, improved the therapeutic effect, and reduced the patients suffering.
