摘  要:安装双面八角形"ON"可转位铣刀片(以下简称"ON刀片")的45°平面铣削刀具应用广泛。本文通过分析该刀具的使用情况,并结合该刀具的结构特点,设计一款新切削刃结构的"ON刀片",刀片切削刃设置合理的倾角,使刀片切削刃在刀具上形成利于提升刀具切削性能和排屑性能的刃倾角。利用Advant Edge FEM软件对两种刀片进行有限元切削仿真,并进行实际切削试验,仿真评价与切削试验结果基本一致,新的"ON刀片"轴向切削力降低明显,切屑形状规则,且排屑顺畅。The 45 ° planar milling cutter which is installed with double-sided octagon "ON" indexable milling insert(hereinafter referred to as "insert ON") is widely used on the market. Through the analysis of the service conditions of cutting tool, and combining with its structural characteristics a new "insert ON" which contains new structure of cutting edges was designed in this article. Reasonable inclination was setted on the cutting edge of the insert, which makes the tool having reasonable cutting edge angle to improve tool cutting performance. The finite element cutting simulation of the two kinds of inserts was carried out by using Advant Edge FEM software, and the actual cutting performance was tested. Results show that the simulation evaluation and cutting test result are identical basically. The axial cutting force of the new "insert ON" is reduced obviously, the chip shape is rules, and the chip is discharged smoothly.
