摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,智慧治理成为政府治理的新要求。面对复杂的劳资信访形势,我们创新推出调解工作信息平台,借助大数据平台,使政府服务更加精准、有效。With the development of information technology, intelligent governance has become a new requirement of government governance. Facing the complex situation of labor＇s letters and calls, we have launched an innovative information platform for mediation work. With the help of big data platform, the government services become more accurate and more effective.
