水基淬火液表面淬火时喷冷技术的应用总结

摘　　要：热处理中的淬火介质主要包括淬火油和水基淬火剂。淬火油在环境中被用于污染环境,价格越来越高,而水基淬火液既安全又环保,成本低,节约了经济。我公司新买一台中频淬火机床、一台超音频淬火机床,两个设备都是需要配置水基淬火液面喷雾冷却,我公司以前使用油雾冷却或水冷,水基淬火液喷雾冷却技术尚不成熟,通过测试,确定相应的不同材料水基淬火液浓度、水基淬火液喷雾冷却技术可以更好地适用于我公司。The quenching medium in heat treatment mainly includes quenching oil and water base quenching agent. Quench oil is used in the environment to pollute the environment, the price is higher and higher, and the water-based quench liquid is both safe and environmentally friendly, the cost is low and the economy is saved. My company to buy a new intermediate fre- quency quenching machine tool, a super audio quenching machine tool, the two devices are need to configure the water-based quenching liquid surface spray cooling, my company used to use oil mist cooling or water cooling, water-based quenching liquid spray cooling technology is not yet mature, through the test, determine the corresponding different material water-based quenching liquid concentration, water-based quenching liquid spray cooling technology can better apply to my company.
