摘 要:电机自动绕、嵌线工艺中双排排列模式比单排排列模式更为优越。但双排排列也存在着夹具损耗快、质量风险大的缺陷。但随着渗氮等化学热处理工艺的发展,其夹具磨损问题解决后,将成为小线径机种自动嵌线的主流生产模式。The double-row-arrangement had more advantages than the single-row-arrangement of enameled wires in the automatic winding process during motor manufacturing, however, there were the disadvantages such as quickly-wearing out of the fixtures and quality problem of coils in the double-row-arrangement model. With the development of the nitriding process onto the fixture to improve the wearing performance of it, the double-row-arrangement would become the mainstream model for the thin diameter enameled copper wire in the automatic winding.
