多国外军九·三阅兵驻训期间疾病谱分析

摘　　要：【目的】通过对在北京阅兵期间短期驻训的17国外国军人疾病谱的分析,探讨其疾病特点,为今后承担类似大型外军医疗保障任务提供参考。【方法】收集北京某训练基地门诊部参阅外军就诊病例资料,参照国际疾病分类标准ICD-10,采用Excel表格进行整理和分析。【结果】298人次外国军人在驻训期间就诊,其中呼吸系统疾病、外伤和训练伤病例最多;单病种中以上呼吸道感染、皮肤擦伤或水泡、骨关节疼痛或扭伤、腰腿疼发病率较高;五官科和皮肤科就诊人数占总人数近1/3,以过敏性鼻炎、龋齿、结膜炎、过敏性皮炎就诊率较高。【结论】明确外军于我国驻训时的常见病和多发病构成,对今后在类似大型外军卫勤保障任务中合理配置医疗资源并提高医疗救治水平有重要意义。【Objective】To analyze the disease spectrum in the foreign soldiers from 17 countries during the short-term training of Beiing parade,explore the disease characteristics and provide references for carrying on such large-scale foreign military medical service in the future.【Methods】According to the international classification of diseases（ICD-10）,the clinical data of foreign soldiers in some outpatient department of Beijing training base were collected and analyzed via Excel form.【Results】There were 298 foreign soldiers seeing a doctor during the training period,who mainly suffered from respiratory diseases,wound and training trauma.The incidences of upper respiratory infection,skin abrasion or blister,joint pain or sprain,and lumbago-leg pain were high in the single disease.Patients in the departments of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology and dermatology accounted for nearly 1/3 of total patients,in which the incidences of anaphylactic rhinitis,dental decay,conjunctivitis and allergic dermatitis were high.【Conclusion】The disease spectrum is clarified in the foreign soldiers during the training in our country,which will contribute to rational allocation of medical resources and medical treatment improvement in the future similar large-scale foreign medical support tasks.
