摘  要:青海具有丰富的盐湖资源,其中提锂工艺副产了大量的粗品氢氧化镁,这些粗品氢氧化镁无法直接利用而被多数企业废弃,不仅引起了环境的污染,还造成了资源的浪费,因此需要对粗品氢氧化镁进行高值化利用。以盐湖提锂副产的氢氧化镁为原料,将其进行预处理后与七水硫酸镁水热合成了碱式硫酸镁MgSO_4·5Mg(OH)_2·3H_2O(153型)晶须。同时,考察了不同纯度氢氧化镁对晶须制备的影响,通过化学分析、XRD、SEM、TEM、TG-DTG等表征手段对所得材料的组成、结构和形貌进行了分析。研究结果表明,采用预处理的副产氢氧化镁(其纯度达到94.8%)原料时,得到的碱式硫酸镁晶须不仅纯度高,且表面光滑、长径比较高,可以实现废物回收利用、降低生产成本、盐湖资源高效综合利用的目标。Qinghai province has rich resources of salt lakes, the crude magnesium hydroxidethe is produced in lithium extracted process. However, these magnesium hydroxide with the high content of impurity can' t be used directly and are abandonedby most enterprises, which not only cause the environmental pollution, but also cause the waste of resources, so the high-value utilization of the crude magnesium hydroxide is necessary. Magnesium hydroxide, by-product of extracted lithium of salt lake, is used as the raw material to synthesize magnesium oxyshlfate ( MgSO4~ Mg (OH) 2" 3H2 O, abbreviated as 153MOS) whiskers. Effect of the content of magnesium hydroxide on synthesising of 153MOS whiskers is studied, and the chemical anal- ysis, XRD, SEM, TEM and TG-DTG is used to characterize the composition, structure and morphology of the samples. The results indicate the magnesium oxysulfate whisker with high purity, smooth surface, and high aspect ratio was obtained by using the pretreatment by-product magnesium hydroxide (the purity rea- ches 94.8% ) as raw materials. Thus, the goals of the recycling waste, reducing production costs, and comprehensive and highly efficient utilization of salt lake resources are achieved.
