摘　　要：目的调查研究潍坊地区健康体检人群中甲状腺结节的患病情况。方法回顾性分析自2016年1月~2016年12月31 968例接受甲状腺超声检查的健康体检者的甲状腺超声检查结果及血压、血脂、血糖、血尿酸等一般临床资料。按性别及年龄层次统计甲状腺结节的患病情况,同时依据超声结果分组,比较结节组与非结节组人群的血压、血脂、血尿酸、肝功等一般临床资料。结果接受超声检查的31 968例体检者中,检出甲状腺结节17 424例,其中男5 472例,女11 952例,女性患病率明显高于男性,且发病率随年龄增长呈上升趋势。甲状腺结节组人群血压高于非甲状腺结节组人群(P<0.05)。两组体检者血糖、血脂、血尿酸、转氨酶水平无明显差异。结论潍坊地区健康体检人群中甲状腺结节患病率高,性别及年龄严重影响本病的发生,加强健康教育,缓解生活压力,低盐饮食有利于减少甲状腺结节的患病率。Objective To investigate the prevalence of thyroid nodules among healthy people in Weifang.Methods From January 2016 to December 2016,thyroid ultrasound findings and blood pressure,blood lipids,blood sugar,blood uric acid and other general clinical data of 31 968 healthy people undergoing thyroid ultrasound examination were retrospectively analyzed. The prevalence of thyroid nodules was calculated by gender and age,and on the basis of grouping ultrasound results,thyroid nodule group and non-thyroid nodule group people＇s blood pressure,blood lipid,uric acid,liver transaminase and other clinical data were compared. Results Of the 31 968 cases examined by thyroid ultrasonography,17 424 cases were detected with thyroid nodules,including 5 472 males and 11 952 females,the prevalence rate of female was obviously higher than that of male,and the incidence increases with age. The blood pressure in the thyroid nodules group was higher than that in the non-thyroid nodular group（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups of subjects of blood glucose,blood lipid,blood uric acid,liver transaminase levels had no significant difference. Conclusion The prevalence of thyroid nodules is high in the population of physical examination in Weifang,and the gender and age are the major factors affecting the incidence of the disease,strengthen health education,relieve life stress,low salt diet is helpful to reduce the incidence of thyroid nodules.
