摘　　要：智慧城市是一种泛在、绿色、亲民的现代城市可持续发展战略。本文简要介绍智慧城市发展历程和拟人化的体系架构，在分析各层次的信息安全风险基础之上，从技术防护和管理手段给出安全对策。The intelligent city is a kind of modem city, sustainable development strategy. This paper introduces the development process and personification architecture of smart city. Based on the analysis of the information security risks at all levels, we give the security countermeasures from the aspects of technology protection and management.
