沿海防护林建设土地供给能力分析

摘　　要：以我国沿海防护林体系建设工程区11个省(自治区、直辖市)和5个计划单列市为对象,对工程建设区土地供应能力进行合理分析,得出当前沿海地区可用于沿海防护林建设的土地供给情况。结果表明:工程区可用于造林的土地面积为126.08万公顷,其中宜林地38.77万公顷,无立木林地22.76万公顷,疏林及其它灌木林地22.53万公顷,滩涂地4.87万公顷,盐碱地1.03万公顷,拟退塘(耕)造林地5.80万公顷,其它用地30.32万公顷。This paper starts from the analysis on the current situation of afforestation land in 11 provinces （autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government） and 5 planned single cities in China＇s coastal defense forest system, gives the reasonable analysis on land supply capacity in engineering construction area and the situation that the current coastal areas can be used for the land supply for coastal protection forest construction. The results show that the engineering area has a total area of 1260. 8 thousand hectares which includes 387.7 thousand hectares of forest land, 227.6 thousand hectares of unfrosted woodland, 225.3 thousand hectares of open forest and other bush forest, 48.7 thousand hectares of wetland, 10.3 thousand hectares of saline and alkaline land, 58.0 thousand hectares of the forest land which should be reclaimed, and 303.2 thousand hectares of other land.
