Effect of Self-assembly Film of PFOA/Silane Coupling Agent on Properties of Epoxy Rust-tolerant Coating Applied on Q235 Carbon Steel

摘  要:使用全氟辛酸铵(PFOA)和KH550、KH560两种硅烷偶联剂的混合溶液对Q235钢表面进行预处理,明确PFOA/KH550、PFOA/KH560两种溶液在基材表面成膜,并对表面预处理钢进行接触角、CuSO_4点滴实验、极化曲线测试,然后在表面涂覆环氧涂料,通过对环氧涂层进行基本性能测试和电化学极化曲线实验,考察这两种表面处理剂在金属基材表面附着对环氧带锈涂层性能的影响。结果表明:经过PFOA/KH550和PFOA/KH560处理过的带锈表面的接触角分别增加了17.2%和11.7%,CuSO_4点滴实验的时间分别提高了64.7%和38.8%,腐蚀电流分别降低了93.5%和78.7%。不同环氧涂层的测试结果表明:PFOA/KH550混合溶液处理的带锈表面的环氧带锈涂层效果最好,各项性能明显提升,其中附着力和耐冲击强度分别提升14.3%和11%,腐蚀电流比原锈层表面涂层降低96.2%,耐盐水浸泡62 d无明显变化。Mixed solutions of perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) with silane coupling agents KH550 and KH560 respectively were used to pre-treat the surface of carbon steel Q235 and then the effect of the two surface treatment agents on the properties of the applied epoxy coatings was studied by means of FT-IR,SEM with EDS,as well as polarization curve measurement,contact angle measurement and dropping corrosion test with CuSO_4 solution.Results show that the performance of the steel treated with PFOA/KH550 and PFOA/KH560 has been improved.Firstly,contact angle increased by 17.2% and 11.7% respectively.Then the time for corrosion occurrence during dropping corrosion test was increased by 64.7% and 38.8% respectively.Finally,corrosion current was reduced by 93.5% and 78.7% respectively.The performance of the epoxy coating applied on the rust steel surface treated with PFOA/KH550 was significantly improved,i.e.the adhesion and impact strength were increased by 14.3% and 11% respectively,and corrosion current decreased by 96.2% compared with those of the coating applied on the as received rust steel surface.Besides,there was no significant change for the above-mentioned coating after62 d soaking in NaCI solution.
