摘 要:隧道掘进机(TBM)施工过程中,刀盘处于最恶劣的环境中,刀座损伤将导致刀具的异常损坏且消耗急剧上升,严重影响掘进施工。为解决因TBM刀座损伤所带来的施工效率降低和成本增加问题,结合吉林省中部城市引松供水工程二标段TBM施工中刀座损伤的实例,研究了刀座损伤形式、主要原因与影响,制定并实施了硬岩掘进机刀座洞内快速修复技术。实践证明,洞内修复后的刀座性能稳定,可有效降低TBM刀具异常消耗和施工成本,可供类似工程参考。The cutter head is under the worst environment during the construction of tunnel boring machine( TBM). The tool apron damage could induce the abnormal breakdowns of the cutter and the sharp rise in consumption,which seriously influences the TBM excavation. In order to solve the problem of lower construction efficiency and cost increase caused by the tool apron damage during TBM tunnelling,this paper combined with the case of tool apron damage in Lot II section of water supply project in central city of Jilin,it studied the damage patterns,main causes and related influences of the tool apron. Meanwhile,the quick recover technology for the tool apron in the cavern was proposed and operated. It is verified that the tool apron performance is stable after recover in cavern,which could efficiently reduce the abnormal consumption and construction cost,and this technology could also be served as a reference for other similar projects.
