天津市“互联网+”放射卫生监督工作新模式探讨

摘　　要：天津市卫生计生综合监督所积极尝试利用"互联网+"放射卫生监督工作新模式,加强全市放射卫生监督工作,取得了一定的效果。本文从推进执法监督全过程记录工作、启用放射诊疗设备信息身份信息系统建设(二维码)、京津冀三地医疗机构医学影像检查资料共享试点工作以及利用微信公众号、网络媒介加强宣传等方面介绍天津市放射卫生监督工作。并对放射诊疗场所受检者防护用品在线监测、放射卫生工作人员动态数据库、利用微信、网络等平台创新放射工作人员培训模式进行探讨,旨在更好地利用"互联网+"放射卫生监督的模式,提高监督效率、规范监督行为。Tianjin health and family planning comprehensive supervision actively tried to use the new pattern of ＂Internet ＋＂ radiation health supervision to strengthen the city＇s radiation hygiene supervision work and achieved certain results. This article introduced the city＇s radiation hygiene supervision work from the whole process recording work of the law enforcement supervision, the construction of radiation treatment equipment identity information system（QR code）, pilot work of medical imaging information sharing in medical institutions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the use of We Chat public number, network media to enhance publicity. And this article explored the use of protective equipment on-line monitoring in radiation treatment sites, the dynamic database of radiation health staff, the innovation training mode of using WeChat, network as platforms, to better use the Internet＋ radiation hygiene supervision mode, improving the efficiency of supervision, and standardizing the supervision activities.
