摘　　要：目的分析杭州市余杭区两轮医疗机构量化分级结果,为建立和完善医疗市场管理长效机制,更好地维护当地医疗市场秩序提供决策依据。方法以均数、标准差等指标对量化分级结果进行描述性研究,以方差分析等方法对不同类型医疗机构标化分得分差异进行分析,以T检验对各类型医疗机构各模块平均得分率差异进行分析。结果不同类型医疗机构标化分得分差异有统计学意义,不同类型医疗机构短板不尽相同,存在两极分化。结论实行分类量化分级,有针对性地调整各模块评分权重,与"双随机"工作相结合,加强结果的运用等措施,有助于建立和完善医疗市场管理长效机制,更好地维护当地医疗市场秩序。Objective To analyze the results of two rounds of quantification and grading, to provide a basis for estab- lishing and improving the long-term mechanism of medical market management and to better maintain the order of local medical market. Methods Describe the quantitative grading results by means of mean and standard deviation. The variance analysis and other methods were used to analyze the difference of standardized score of different types of medical institu- tions. T test was used to analyze the differences in the average scoring rate of each type of medical institutions. Results There were significant differences between different types of medical institutions. The different types of medical institutions had the different weakness, and there is bifurcation. Conclusion The implementation of classification and quantification, and the targeted adjustment of the weight of each module, combined with ＂double random＂ work and measures to strength- en the use of results, help to establish and improve the long-term mechanism of medical market management, and better maintain the local medical market order
