摘　　要：目的了解耐多药肺结核患者心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法对70例耐多药患者、58例敏感患者、57例健康人群进行问卷调查,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测评。比较耐多药患者、敏感患者和健康人群的心理健康状况。结果耐多药患者的心理健康状况差于敏感患者和健康人群(χ2=19.77,P<0.01)。单因素分析发现,耐多药肺结核患者心理健康状况与年龄、婚姻状况和自感经济负担等有相关性。结论耐多药患者的心理健康状况较敏感患者和健康人群差,年龄、婚姻状况和自感经济负担是耐多药肺结核患者不良心理健康状况的影响因素,在今后的耐多药防治工作中要针对这些影响因素加强对耐多药患者的心理支持和关怀。Objective To understand the mental health of patients with muti-drug resistant tuberculosis（MDRTB）,and to discuss it＇s influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 70 MDR-TB patients,58 non MDR-TB and 57 healthy controls,and the symptom checklist scale（SCL-90）was used to assess their mental health. Results The overall score of SCL-90 was higher among MDR-TB patients compared to non MDR-TB patients and healthy controls,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=19.77,P〈0.01）.The univariate regression analysis showed that the metal health of MDR-TB patients was closely related to age,marital status and self-perceived financial burden. Conclusions The mental health condition of patients with MDR-TB is worse than that of patients with non MDR-TB and healthy controls.Age,marital status and self-perceived financial burden are found to be the influencing factors which should be seriously taken into account when the psychological support and care are provided to patients with MDR-TB.
