渗铝钢在加工进口高硫原油装置上的应用

摘　　要：通过对原油加工过程中硫腐蚀的分析 ,针对性地采用了抗硫腐蚀材料———渗铝钢 ,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。工业应用表明 ,渗铝钢的耐硫腐蚀性能优于 18 8不锈钢 ,这是由于铝铁合金在高温下形成的钝化膜具有很高的抗硫化氢性能。此外 ,渗铝后 ,表面显微硬度比母材高 2～ 3倍 。Based upon the analysis of the sulfur corrosion in processing high-sulfur crude oils, the corrosion-resisting material--aluminum diffused steel was applied and good economic and social benefits have been achieved. The commercial operation demonstrated that the corrosion resistance performance of the aluminum diffused steel was superior over that of 18-8 stainless steel, which contributed to the excellent H 2S resistance performance of the aluminum oxide film formed of the aluminum iron alloy at the high temperature. Besides, the surface micro-hardness was 2～3 times greater than that of the base steel after aluminum diffusion, which made the steel more resistant to erosion.
