摘　　要：介绍了搪瓷管换热器的技术特点和性能 ,将其应用在干气、液态烃脱硫装置的贫 -富液换热器高浓度硫化氢 (5 0 0～ 10 0 0 μg/g)环境中 ,效果良好。搪瓷管管束的造价与不锈钢复合管的造价相当 ,但其使用寿命要比复合管长The technical characteristics and performances of enamel coated tube heat exchanger were introduced. Good results have been achieved in its application in high H 2S (500～1000μg/g) environment in lean-rich liquid heat exchanger in dry gas and liquid hydrocarbon desulfurization unit. The cost of enamel tubes was comparable to that of stainless steel composite tube, but the service life was over 3 years longer.
